Aaron's authority doesn't come from a perfect life, but a transformative one. He was a bottom-three student in high school, plagued by dark thoughts and a belief that he had no future.
That same person went on to become an Executive Advisor at Microsoft, a leadership coach at Korn Ferry, and the Managing Director of a $10 billion tech company. He generated his first million at 22 and has since been recognized with the Australia China Alumni Award.
His most profound teacher was a personal crisis in 2019 which involved his son. This led him to writing and spreading positivity to empower others to lead with clarity, confidence and performance.
